Our ‘Inner Growth’ courses and coaching programs have been designed by Anneloes Smitsman to catalyse your personal growth and development, and support you in actualising your unique potential. Inner growth is based on the growth and maturation of your consciousness. The beauty about this is that there are no limits beyond which this kind of growth becomes unsustainable. In fact, the opposite is true the more we grow in consciousness – in awareness, understanding, and our capacity to love and care – the more we are naturally inclined to live in a way that is ecological and meaningful.
THE CATALYST SERIES
The CATAYST SERIES is a series of personal development courses that are facilitated through individual in-person training sessions for those living in Mauritius, and distant coaching sessions for those living elsewhere. Each training session lasts two hours, and an energy healing session is included for those who like to further their growth through inner healing. Module 1 & 2 consists of five lessons each, which are sent via email two weeks prior to the first training session. Time-period between each lesson is about 2 to 3 weeks. Module 3 is shared through a three days intensive.
Module 1 – Awakening the Creative Self. This wisdom-based training initiates a profound inner-shift by supporting you to cleanse and release any belief-systems, patterns, and thought-forms that constrain your natural self-expression and limit your growth potential. This course is facilitated through a series of five lessons – Soul, Consciousness, Body, Planet, and Life. Module 2 – Personal Mastery. The purpose of this training is to support you in further developing your creative power. Through each lesson you learn about ancient wisdom teachings from Australia, Africa, the Americas, Asia and Europe that catalyse your next stage of growth. You learn about the art of dreaming, how to discern false from true visions, how to unmask the ego and shadow, how to use your creative power as a medicine, how to develop your personal mastery, and how to enter in an experience and realisation of profound wholeness and inner unity. Module 3 – Being the Change. During this three-days intensive you will learn what it means to truly BE the change. You will learn how to live and share your unique life-purpose, you will learn about our next stage of conscious growth as human beings, how to catalyse positive change in our world, and how to support other people in bringing forth their unique wisdom potential. This intensive takes place in a small group.
TAP-THE ACTUALISATION PROCESS ®
TAP-The Actualisation Process ® is a five-step creation process – Align, Envision, Engage, Reflect, and Share. Each of the steps are shared and taught through a series of practices and exercises that can applied in any life-context.
Applications
TAP as a creative learning process can be applied to:
- Individuals to support their personal development;
- Organisations to support team- development and team-visioning, and;
- Facilitate group processes, such as dialogues, for cultivating and harvesting the group wisdoms and ideas.
TAP Courses
‘TAP-Personal Development’ is a four-days training course that is MQA (Mauritius Qualification Authority) approved. This course includes two modules – Discover and Apply – each module corresponds to 2 training days.
